Ways to work with me

Personalised 1:1 Coaching

Workplace Inclusion and Training

FAQs

What's the difference between 1:1 coaching and workplace inclusion support?

1

For single parents to thrive, they need support in their home and work lives. I offer one to one coaching for single parents to help them overcome personal hurdles and build a life they love for them and their children. In addition, I work with workplaces to help shape working environments that enable single parents to feel supported so they can fulfil their working potential. Workplace inclusion support is for single parents in the workplace, employers and HR teams; this collaborative approach helps build better workplaces.

Do you work with clients outside London, or outside the UK?

2

Absolutely. Although I’m based in London, I work with clients across the UK and have also worked with clients across Europe and the US.

My coaching sessions can be delivered online, so where you’re based doesn’t need to be a barrier to working together.

For my workplace work, I can deliver sessions online, in person or as a hybrid, and I’m happy to travel for in-person sessions too.

How do I know which service is right for me?

3

You don’t need to know before we start working together that why I offer a no-strings-attached consultation call for both individuals and organisations.

If you’re an individual looking for coaching, we can talk through what’s going on for you, what you’re hoping to change and what you feel you need support with. From there, we can work out together which coaching option would be the best fit for you.

If you’re an employer, you may already know exactly what you’re looking for, or you may simply know that you want to do more to support single parents but aren’t sure where to start. We can talk through what you currently have in place, what you’re hoping to achieve and where you feel the gaps are, and I can help you work out what support would be most useful.

There’s no pressure to book anything after the consultation call. It’s simply an opportunity for us to have a conversation, ask questions and work out whether I’m the right person to support you.

Why pay for coaching when I can get advice from AI?

4

Great question, and these days, a very valid one. We’re turning to AI for so much, especially as single parents when we don’t always have that person to lean on.

AI can feel like having a coach in your pocket and it can offer some really useful advice. But what AI is missing is the human element. AI tells you what you want to hear, not what you need to hear.

An AI bot isn’t going to hear a change in the tone of your voice, notice when your body language shifts or have the lived experience of how it really feels to be a single parent.

That is where human, personalised 1:1 coaching really comes in. It gives you a space to be heard, understood and challenged by a real person who can respond to what is happening for you in the moment.

That’s a level of support that AI can’t offer.
